American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Announces Fire Station Construction Grants

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 includes $210,000,000 in funding for the construction and modification of fire stations. The money received from the Act will be administered by the Assistance to Firefighters Program Office under Federal Emergency Management Association's (FEMA's) Grant Programs Directorate.
