Mr. Patrick Planton, PE, has joined Baxter & Woodman, Inc. Consulting Engineers, as Water Department Manager. He brings over 34 years of extensive experience in design, engineering, and project management of drinking water supply, pumping, storage and treatment facility projects across the US.

As Department Manager, Mr. Planton’s focus will be maintaining superior client service and adhering to high quality technical standards in Baxter & Woodman’s water system projects.
He has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.
Mr. Planton regularly shares his knowledge with industry professionals through active participation in many technical organizations, including the American Water Works Association, Wisconsin Rural Water Association, Wisconsin Wastewater Operators’ Association, and the American Public Works Association. He served as AWWA Wisconsin Section Chair in 2015.
