Mathews Consulting Appoints Broward County Office Manager

Mr. Joseph Kenney PE, CFM has joined Mathews Consulting, a Baxter & Woodman company, as Broward County Office Manager. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kenney worked for a prominent, metropolitan community for almost 20 years. During his tenure there, Mr. Kenney served in many roles spanning engineering, capital project planning, and community development. His municipal background includes, developing capital programs, managing public outreach for municipal projects, allocating funds to support multi-million dollar annual roadway and utility infrastructure improvements, and establishing partnerships with neighboring communities to help extend financial resources.

As Broward County Office Manager, Mr. Kenney’s client-focused approach will support the continued growth and expansion of Mathews Consulting throughout Broward County.

Mr. Kenney has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
